1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Netziah’s website, services, and participation in Netziah’s SMS communication program. By accessing our website, using our services, or voluntarily providing your contact information, including your mobile phone number, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services or provide your contact information.


2. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


3. SMS Communication Consent

By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number to Netziah through a website form, lead generation platform, phone call, email, direct communication, or any other method, you expressly consent to receive informational, transactional, and service-related text messages from Netziah. Such messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment confirmations or reminders, customer service follow-ups, service status notifications, verification messages related to missed calls, or other communications directly connected to the services you requested or expressed interest in.


Netziah does not send marketing or promotional SMS messages unless you have provided clear and explicit consent through a written, electronic, or verbal opt-in mechanism. Consent to receive SMS communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.


4. Message Frequency

By opting in, you acknowledge that message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with Netziah and the nature of the services requested. On average, users may receive one to two messages per month.


5. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Netziah is not responsible for any charges incurred by your mobile service provider.


6. Opt-Out and Help Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Netziah at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you choose to re-enroll. For assistance or additional information, you may reply “HELP” to any message or contact us directly at hello@netziah.com. Opt-out requests are processed within seventy-two business hours.


7. Privacy and Data Protection

Netziah is committed to protecting your privacy and personal data. Mobile phone numbers and personal information are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. All personal data is processed in accordance with Netziah’s Privacy Policy.


8. Modifications to These Terms

Netziah reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or service offerings. Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
